Sides and extras include fruit salad, yogurt, local jams, farm fresh hard boiled eggs, milk (whole and non-dairy options), and cream.
Hot Breakfast Entrées
Feed Your Soul and Your Belly With Goodness
In addition to the continental breakfast, guests can also choose to enjoy the hot entrée of the day! Look forward to savory options like Shirred Eggs in Cream Topped with Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Gruyere Cheese, and Locally Sourced Bacon. Or satisfy your sweet tooth with Stuffed Strawberry French Toast Served with Maple Syrup from our very own trees, or Blueberry Pancakes made with Wild Maine Blueberries!
The Bounty Doesn’t Stop at Breakfast
Still hungry? Well, we can help with that! Guests are free to graze and nibble on our complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day.
Refresh With Hot & Cold Drinks
Our Keurig is always on and guests are free to have tea, coffee, cider, or hot cocoa at any time. Sodas and sparkling water are kept cold in the breakfast room fridge and are available anytime.
Relax With a Complimentary Cordial
Need a nightcap after a long day? Relax with a glass of complimentary sherry in the library while you play a game of chess or cards, or in your romantic guest room by the fireplace.
Quality Food Starts With Quality Ingredients
Our country setting allows us easy access to some of the best fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses available in Maine.
Home of Our Resident Egg Layers
Our farm is home to 21 chickens that love to lay fresh eggs for our guests! (Well, 20 of them love to lay eggs—one is a rooster). If you are especially lucky, you might even wake up to a beautiful blue egg that was laid by one of our Americaunas!
